You may be dealing with symptoms of menopausal estrogen deficiency. These generally develop in the mid to late 40s as women begin the transition to menopause but can last into the 60s. Please get seen by your PCP to discuss treatment options.

If a full one means they took your ovaries out this may be due to lowered estrogens. Your Body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Share with your Drs and you all will figure it out.
