Estrogen: The best relief for those symptoms is estrogen. You may not be a candidate for it, but if you are, consider taking it for 2-3 months to see the effect on your symptoms.

Depends: If your symptoms are due to lack of estrogen (and they probably are), then hrt will help. You should see your doctor for evaluation and treatment.
