This is a bit embarrassing, but ive having a dull pain in my left testicle during ejaculation for the past week or so. nothing hurts or feels/looks abnormal outside of that time frame. could this be some kind of torsion?

This is unlikely to be torsion which manifests as acute, severe pain that does not resolve until the issue is fixed.

No it is not torsion. Sometimes it is referred pain from the prostate area where the ejaculate comes out from. If it persists pl see a Urologist.
