No medicine will produce long lasting effects on weight by itself. Lifestyle and behavioral changes will be needed in order to keep a negative calorie balance by diet and exercise. A weight loss center will be best in this regard.

Enter all you eat & drink & do for a few days & it should become clear where the excess calories (fat on you) are coming from. Stop them & your weight will go down. Simple in concept.
