Saxenda: Saxenda may help weight loss but at your age you should be doing more exercise and eating properly. I graduated from Sydney medical school in 1974 and decided to move to America. and have stayed there with a few trips back to Sydney. Still practicing in USA. Enjoy life - enjoy the surf, and relax. I doubt you need Saxenda.
