One year before i got pain in my right testicle.i go and see a doctor. the ultrasound results says vascularity domenstrated on both testicles. and slightly increased vascularity around right epididymis may suggest inflammation. what is the problem?

Ultrasound should be co-related with signs and symptoms. If your testicles are normal on exam and you have no mores pain then only a follow up is indicated. make sure to see a Urologist for this.
