These tests rule out significant coronary artery blockages, valvular & heart muscle weakness but don't address cardiac arrhythmias when you experience palpitations & sensation of skipped beats. Wearing an outpatient heart monitor is needed to evaluate those symptoms. Thyroid function checked? You may be experiencing benign extrasystoles, but since they're symptomatic, treatment would be reasonable
