Hey im 16 and i have questions about heart palpitation and chest preassure i did all the test like a 1 week monter for like 3 times and echo sound for over 3 times and also blood tests but everything is normal towards the night i get palpiation?

You need a Holter recording to see if it can pick up what are called PVCs. Lee diary to see if you can identify what brings them on. Coffee, chocolate, drinking hot or old liquids? They are very common even in normals x discuss with your Dr with your diary in hand

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
