Stop motrin, take antacid mylanta 10 cc before meal and at bed time for a couple days if you just recently took motrin. However, if you have used motrin for a long time, gastritis or peptic ulcer may be present so besides discontinuing motrin, you need to take either famotidine or omeprazole (2o mg, twice a day) for 2 months.

Stopping Motrin and informing your treating docs will be first step. Meds and /or tests may be needed and they will have to be discussed in the context of your other medical conditions and current treatment.
