Me and several other people in my family had covid around 3-4 weeks ago, and then about a week-two weeks after having covid, it seems like we all have allergies/are not feeling right. is it likely that we caught covid again/it never left our house?

Less likely you were reinfected within that time frame. Some of the symptoms could be due to post covid syndrome.
