For the past two months, ive felt like my nose/throat arent normal and like im coming down with a cold/something, but almost every time i havent felt like i had a cold. could this be covid? how can i know if this is allergies?

I doubt Covid here. Seasonal allergies are pretty much over. You could be reacting to excessive dryness in the environment. Allergies usually are accompanied by watery eyes, nasal congestion,sneezing,postnasal drip. See an ENT specialist as needed for evaluation.
