My mother, 89yr, was on high dosages of cortisone for allergy. she stopped the cortisone suddenly and now has severe stomach pains, for two weeks. due to covid-19 we can't get her to a doctor. could the pains be from stopping the cortisone suddenly?

Got stung by strange lil wasp 3x been 3days now it is rash with red bumps left torso,stomach,back, inside upper arms very prickly painful/itchy curious of hot tub made it worse. Cortisone not helping antihistamine helped some.see doc soon if not bett?
