Accurate diagnosis: Unless you have a very long root w a very large lesion at the apex, I am skeptical this is causing your problems. I would recommend a second opinion by an endodontist. Also, is the tooth sensitive when biting? And do you have swelling and/ or palpation tenderness at the apex? If yes to these, then an apico or retreat is in order!

F/U with Endo: If your symptoms did not improve at all after 2 months, i would recommend going back to your endodontist. It is likely that the tooth needs apico or exploratory surgery.

Differential Dx: Personally, i doubt the headache, nausea and even the sinus pain is related to an unresolved infection on #10, especially if the rct was done by an endodontist and two months ago. I recommend you do two things. First, have the endodontist re-evaluate your tooth. Seek a second opinion if necessary. Second, see your primary care physician for a medical evaluation.
