28 yrs. swelling/pain in back of right testicle as of 30 days ago. noticed while weight lifting. uncomfortable while sitting and in right thigh. symptoms have eased but still noticeable. no complications while erect. no meds taken. no hernia bulge. ?

Is there actual swelling or a lump behind the right testicle? A strained ligament from weight lifting could account for your discomfort. A hernia bulge would show up in the groin. I can't think of any causes of swelling behind a testicle. It's best to have a physician or urologist to examine & advise you.

You might have developed mild epididymitis which is no healing. Best is to wear a good scrotal support, use local heat reduce or stop lifting till better. You should be fine
