Dr. Jay Park answered

Intermittent catheterization with a new catheter (hydrophilic or standard silicone). If incontinence persists, reconstructive urinary tract surgery will be needed. Consult an urologist for the details.

You need a thoro evaluation by a Urologist for the cause and then the treatment can be tailored to the findings. Pl do that soon. There are problems- and their solutions. Yours too will be found and treated. Good luck
