I got covid and was around my husband for a brief time after symptoms showed. after going into quarantine, he became somewhat sick but less than me. now that we know he has it is there anyway i can make him more sick if i stop quarantining?

Your husband should be tested to confirm he has covid. It's very likely in this situation, but conceivably he has a different infection, like a common cold or flu. A home self test will be fine. If positive, the same strain won't infect him on top of his first infection and will not make his symptoms worse. You won't need to quarantine from him any more. Good luck.
