My wife and i after having covid have completed our 14days quarantine period today but my son now seems to have symptoms.can my wife return to work or can she again get covid from my son?

Check with work...: The chances of getting COVID-19 within the first 90 days of having it are extremely low. But, different work places have different policies about return to work so it is best to call her supervisor and discuss the situation. Glad to hear that you both are feeling better! Hope your son feels better soon!

COVID 19: The chances of your wife becoming reinfected with COVID 19 so quickly would be extremely low. Will her job require her to be re-tested before returning?

Since there is no guarantee that your wife cannot be an asymptomatic carrier from your son's very active infection, in all fairness to others, I don't recommend that she return to work until at least 10 days from your son's development of symptoms. You could also ask your town's public health department for advice.
