Ovaries are typically lateral (to the side of) the uterus and below/near the fallopian tubes. Would need more details for interpretation/context. Was this test ordered in response to some kind of symptoms? Was there any trauma to the area? Pregnancy? Are there other conditions involved such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome?
