Probable ovary cyst.: If we assume the pain on your left lower abdomen is from your ovary, it's usually caused by an enlarged ovarian cyst, usually more prominent during mid cycle of your ovulation. Sometimes few advils (ibuprofen) help, but if it persists you should see your doctor to evaluate. It may not be related to your ovary
