How long have you been trying to make this adjustment? If it has been months and you are unable to adjust to this schedule, you ought to look for another job. If it hasn’t been too long, your doctor may be able to help with this adjustment-you could try a melatonin dose in the morning or a sleeping pill your doctor prescribes to take in the morning once you get home.
