A form of migraine headaches may present with this type of pressure. Do you have nausea, vomiting, or other symptoms? Stay well hydrated and if the pain is more than mild, associated with other symptoms, please see your physician.

Would first consider an issue involving the right jaw (TMJ syndrome), and a direct exam by your doctor or dentist could rule this out. Further assessment of other etiologies could be undertaken at the time. Based upon your current description, this does not sound like a migraine process, but would need additional information to confirm that problem. Commence an evaluation.
