Head pressure: Head pressure when coughing can be normal; it can also be due to: sinus infection; a recent cold or pneumonia; migraines; rarely--brain tumors (or other conditions that increase your intracranial/in the brain- pressure) or other growths in sinuses or brain. See your MD/PCP if worsening pain or other symptoms such as a headache that wakes you up from sleep.
