That is a question best answered by the surgeon who did your procedure and understands the extent of work done. Not all such procedures are the same nor would be the recovery time/precautions. I would not use one until you clear this with the surgeon.

Why do you want to use enema. If you are constipated - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
