The changes in magnesium level is not as fast however what may be causing the fluxes of magnesium in and out of cells into the blood or what could be causing external loss of magnesium may be more important as well as adequate intake of magnesium. The recent blood test should be out soon; and that the numbness may not be simply due to low magnesium level so good you are being evaluated.
