Need more info.: For a young male complaining of these symptoms, one approach would be to begin with a thorough medical exam, beginning with a careful history and physical exam. Then, routine blood and urine tests, then if the underlying cause(s) were not yet known, special neurologic, cardiovascular and imaging might be done. A neurologist's exam might be needed.

See dentist first: Since you've had your heart tested, i would recommend seeing your dentist to evaluate your tm joint and muscles. After your dentist, i would recommend seeing an orthopedic surgeon- you might have a postural/muscle problem that's pinching a nerve or blood vessels to arms and legs.
