I recently had a semen analysis, concentration 156 millions/ml, motility rate 29%, viability 70%, morphology 34% we are trying to get pregnant do i need a second test again to confirm the results? what supplements should i take to improve motility?

If pregnancy does not occur after a year of unprotected intercourse, then you should consult a fertility specialist. You semen results, per se, would not preclude fertility on your part. Wish you good health!

generally at least 2-3 tests 3 months apart are required if the first one is abnormal. Your count is OK except for low motility. Suggest you have another in 3 months from the first with a 3 day abstension
