After taking tamsulosin for bph for 3 months, my semen analysis suddenly went from 114 million/ml, 37% motility, 4% normal morphology to 8 million, n/a and 0, with tiny volume. what is the method, chance and amount of time to get back to my normal?

Prostate : If you have stopped your prostate treatment then it may return to higher limits. However as you get older it is not abnormal for your sperm count to fall. Good Luck
