It takes up to a year of regular unprotected sex during the female partner's fertile times (mid-menstrual cycle) for conception to occur. If this continues another 6 months, you and she should seek care for a fertility evaluation. Good luck.

Six months might not be sufficient period to worry about fertility. Pregnancy is a result of an interplay of factors both male and female, timing, illnesses and anatomic integrity- not just adequate sperms. Your wife should get checked and both should consult a fertility specialist if not successful after trying for at least a year. Good luck
