I just had surgery on the 17 th of this month for testicular cancer i smoked a cigarette does it bother the process or will i catch another infection and also does masturbating after surgery bother as well? i had my right testical removed?

Nicotine slows healing by constricting blood vessels & impeding blood flow. Avoid it. What you can get by with in sexual activity likely doesn't matter if you don't overdo it.

Smoking will not affect healing from your surgery- but it is great for your health if you quit. If you have no pain and it does not affect the incision (site of surgery) you can go ahead and masturbate.
