35/male usaf overseas seen by german dr. 6mm stone @bladder-urethera uvt. dr. used trus to find stone (couldn't). no prep/meds just transrectal without warning. after the proc exp'd pain & bleeding (light red after wipe) is this normal & for how long?

Without biopsy, TRUS should not cause much symptom after the procedure but you likely suffered a scratch on the rectal mucosa during the procedure which explains the mild rectal bleeding and pain. Bleeding should resolve within 24 hours but the pain may last a couple days.
