Hello, i just recovered from covid, and just found out a girl i was with tested positive for it. am i at risk for infection again?

Likely not and I would say about 99% certainty.

You are unlikely to get Covid again when you are within 90 days of having Covid since you would have a rather large titer of antibodies. Hopefully, there will be a vaccine out soon that better protects against some of the variants that are now circulating. If you do get Covid symptoms, call your doctor for diagnosis and possible treatment but your antibodies should protect you. Good luck to you!
