Could be COVID 19.: It can be very difficult to distinguish btwn influenza & COVID. This could be from a number of types of infection to include COVID 19. COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches.
