See your GYN physician for an exam and ultrasound, and if advanced pregnancy is confirmed, obtain pre-natal guidance and further testing.

You can do a home pregnancy test to check if you are pregnant. If you are, it would be prudent to seek medical for yourself and your baby. Wish you good health!
