I've had persistant low hcg levels between 30 and 60 for the past 8 weeks, ultasound confirms no pregnancy but urine tests are also positive?

Schedule a visit: In cases like this it is important to schedule a visit with a doctor to discuss your individual circumstances. The doctor may want to simply monitor or if they are suspicious a lingering ectopic they may consider methotrexate.

Extrauterine: Pregnancy is an issue that needs to be considered. If there is no pregnancy, intra or extra uterine, you need to be investigated for a tumor that may be making hcg. In either case consultation with an obstetrician would be prudent.
