Regardless of your eGFR you are a patient with chronic kidney disease. If possible, the current kidney stone, even small, should be eliminated. You need to follow closely with a urologist or nephrologist with high expertise in stone prevention and treatment or a team of both specialists. Kidney disease will progress but at a slow pace with effective measures for stone recurrence & pyelonephritis.

See a good urologist and have the stone taken care of and full investigation for reason for stone formation and appropriate medication depending on kind of stones you form. Drink plenty of water. With this you will be fine. You are young
