In order to lactate you need a complex set of hormone interactions which are normally triggered by pregnancy. This request is not normal and no ethical doc would help to bring about such a circumstance. Medicine is for treating illnesses not catering to bizarre whims

Are you pregnant or have you had a baby? Lactation occurs naturally when you have had a baby and is promoted by the baby sucking on your nipple. Good Luck
