Probably not: Probably no to both but make sure the baby is getting enough. There is probably no benefit for him as an adult.

Could: Increase breast milk production since his sucking will have more stimulatory effect. May increase affection. Doubt any harm to the baby provided nipples are way cleaned to avoid transmission of any pathogens
