I feel like my breastfeeding supply might be low - my one month old is constantly feeding but seems never satisfied, but it was said i have a good latch by lactation consultant. what could it be? how to fix? he is only gaining 5 oz a week?

Consider limiting feeds to 10 min/side which is when they extract 90%+ of what's there. This allows more recovery & fill & supports more frequent feeds.

1st, please see your pediatrician soon for a formal weight & a plot of your baby's growth curve to see if it's appropriate. Unfortunately, I don't have enough info to comment more. Also, your doc will check hydration status, # of wet diapers, etc. For now, after you breast feed, offer your baby a bottle of breast milk or formula & see if s/he takes this supplement until full & inform your doc.
