I'm 22 years old. when i lean forward or just poke my right side under right rib i feel dull instant pain that go along with nausea feeling and vertigo effect. but everything ok if i do nothing. these all may be symptoms of cholecystitis?

The symptoms you describe are not typical of cholecystitis. If the persist you will need a good check up with your MD for diagnosis.
