I got electric burn by a faulty phone charger, the area was red, not anymore but it still hurts , had an ecg and it was clear, nothing to be worried about?

You don't mention how old the burn is. A first degree burn ( no blistering) should heal in 7-10 days. Is the burn site tender or does it ache? If so it may take another week or so to become nontender. Some discoloration may linger. See the MD again if you still have concerns.
