Took 20 days of levaquin in nov, in january started having cramps, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite ever since. can side effects of levaquin last that long? tested negative for c diff ?

The Levaquin probably is not the cause. Too much time passed from when you took it and onset of your cramps etc several weeks later; and that sort of problem (without C diff) would not last this long. See a doctor about this. Good luck.
