Cramps: I still think you should be examined and advised by your obstetrician. Normally I would recommend an abdominal and rectal examination but I would want your obstetrician to determine whether rectal examination, rectal glycerin suppositories or fleets enema are hazardous to your pregnancy and could stimulate the pregnant uterus.
