You don't have a very large prostate but is there bladder outlet obstruction which would cause a weak stream i weak and prevent you from emptying your bladder well. You may be a candidate for urolift as long as you don't have urethral scarring. You may wish to consult another urologist who performs urolift treatment.

The procedure to treat a symptomatic enlarged prostate depends on many things- size , degree of obstruction etc. The size you mention may be amenable to Urolift. suggest get a second opinion
