A gurgling stomach is evidence of air & liquids mixing in your stomach. It has no relationship to the onset of menses. If you have never had a menstrual period at a listed age of 20, you should go to your doctor and find out why. Initial menses should always occur before the age of 15. You need to find out if you have all your parts.
