Hmmm...: Because the gut, from mouth to anus, is a muscular moving tube... we all have movements in our tummies. Otherwise, we would be a very constipated people, constantly in a bad mood. For women worried about being pregnant, a home pregnancy test is cheap, sold everywhere, and very accurate. A urine preg. test done correctly gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after possible conception).

Likely gas: The main thing that causes a feeling of movement in your belly is gas. The air you swallow plus the gas added by germ action in your gut can result in tennis ball sized bubbles of gas that can move back & forth based on your position changes. The common place it hangs up is near but in back of your stomach. You may also sense your stomach grinding against the contents, but most do not.
