Any stress or discomfort can cause BP to rise, and such feelings are common with sleep apnea. Also, most sleep apnea occurs in people who are overweight -- which can cause high blood pressure. Discuss with your doctor if you remain concerned, or if you sometimes have really high BP (like more than 170/100 or whatever value your doctor suggests. Good luck.
