Sugar138mg/ dl,s bilirubin d 0.17, blood urea 21 mg/ dl,wt 98 kg m,ht 5.6,mucus with cough months ,meds i am using- tripide2 telavas am, swoolen feat and ankels,all renal and kidney test fine,what treatment should i follow next?

Is your cardiac status considered good? No congestive heart failure? Excess weight with possible weak leg veins most likely play a role in your edema. Weight reduction,salt restriction and support stockings should help. I'm unsure if you're taking a diuretic. If not a daily longacting diuretic like hydrochlorothiazide should prevent some fluid buildup. Discuss these issues with your physician.

Treatment is not of your lab results they are of your condition which is causing the symptoms. Tests help . There are many causes of your symptoms and the real cause has to be found and treated
