If the servant had HIV and his blood entered your blood stream, the infection can be transmitted. Do you know.his health status for sure? If he had no lesions.on his.hands or fingers, I wouldn't be very concerned about STD transmission of syphilis or HIV. You can get tested for HIV in 3 weeks and 3 months and syhilis in 3 months for peace of mind.
