Small amount of pain in head/tip of genitals. patches of skin have changed color right below the head. does not hurt or itch. patches can become dark red if agitated and then will be sensitivity for a time. not stds/stis (checked multiple times)?

Could be local dermatitis. Use OTC cortisone ointment for a week or two. If no change the area has to be seen for proper diagnosis by a Uro or dermatologist.
