My brother punched me hard on my back that there's no pain in back but there's pain on my back of head. does it cause any damage to head by getting punched on my upper back?

It is unlikely that getting punched in the back will damage your head. Your headache may be incidental. Keep well hydrated. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. You may take Paracetamol for the headache, if it bothers you. Wish you good health! My God bless your brother with the good sense to not hit his sister!

Yes, pain may be caused by the injury at the neck level that can spread to the back of the head and aside from a possible head concussion. Whenever traumatic pain may linger due to post traumatic stress. Best would be to see your doc for an exam and plan going forward.
